SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping rates and delivery charges are computed at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable in the case where you wish to return any portion of your order.

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order had shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not ship internationally during this time.

 

DAMAGES

If you received your order damaged, please send us an email at NQualityDesign@gmail.com containing proof of damage and your order number.

 

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If a package is returned to us by our carrier after 2 delivery attempts or a refusal, we are happy to reship for you. After 2 unsuccessful attempts, the order will be refunded.

 

DELAYS

Please note that our delivery partners are also experiencing delays with a large volume of orders to deliver and this may impact your delivery time.
